We believe beautiful styles begin with effectively communicating with our guests. A “great conversation” is the best way to get to know you, what makes you feel beautiful and how we plan on achieving just that. You can rest assured we will not begin your service until we both feel confident in the services you will be receiving. We will also make sure we give you plenty of recommendations and tips on how to achieve success with your style at home.

We offer several different services with a range of options to create desired looks. Only after confirming your beauty budget and discussing your best options will we begin.

Skilled and talented Professionals

Our team of Chémel works together to ensure our guests are thrilled. We offer an extensive training program in our salon, and we also educate in some of the most prestigious facilities in the U.S. Because each of our stylists have specialties and varying levels of expertise, we are not afraid to ask another stylist to provide one or more of your services if we are not 100% confident that we will achieve your desired look. We know this makes us very different than any other salon, but it is part of our determination to make you happy. Also, we never want our guests to feel uncomfortable seeing a different stylist, in fact we encourage it. It’s all about you, your time, your choice and our commitment to respecting all of these.

We stand behind our services and products

Services: At Chémel Salon and Spa we strive to create the ideal look for each guest. Should we not complete your look to your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of your original service so that we may make it flawless.

  • Redo scheduling is done and provided by your original service provider.  If you do not wish to see your original service provider, scheduling approval is under the discretion of management.
  • The redo service must be scheduled within 14 days of the original service.
  • The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.
  • Please allow us to style your hair after your service as the results are most accurately evaluated on properly finished hair.  If you choose to leave the salon before the styling service is completed, you are relinquishing your rights to a redo service.
  • We cannot guarantee your color service unless you use the recommended  at home products that support your color service as there are many “over the counter” products that can be harmful and can strip color out of your hair. 
  • Any redo requests made after 7 days from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval.
  • Complimentary redo services or refunds are not available on color corrections.
  • Chémel  will not be liable nor offer redo services for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. 
  • We cannot guarantee a color service if the guest has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Products:

  • You can return items for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of receiving products and items are unused and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our store. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.
