What to expect at your next appointment
We have missed you very much and we are doing our best to prioritize all our guests!
There are several changes to our mandatory State provided rule of operations, but we are doing everything necessary in order to create an environment where you feel safe and confident while you visit Chémel Salon & Spa.
Our on-shift Sanitation Supervisor will guide you through every step of the way upon your arrival to the salon.
Self Evaluate Prior to Coming to Chémel
If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or feel unwell in any way, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance in order to not be subject to cancellation charges.
Capacity is limited. Please arrive to your appointment alone. Anyone with you will be asked to wait outside in your car. This includes children, spouses, friends or family. The exception is if you have someone with you that also has a service at the same time.
When You Arrive
We suggest that you do not arrive too early or **too late.
Please wait in your vehicle.
Once safely parked, call the salon at (253) 548-8910to let us know you have arrived.
We will let you know when you can come into the Salon or how long the wait may be.
Upon Entering the Salon
Face masks worn properly is MANDATORY.
If you do not have a face mask, we will have a limited supply available for purchase. One per guest. The ear-loop style is best.
*** Next, a temperature check with a touch-less thermometer will be done.
We will ask you to wash your hands for 20 seconds before proceeding.
The Retail and Waiting Area
The retail area is temporarily closed to the public. We will be happy to grab whatever you need for you.
The waiting and beverage areas will also be temporarily closed.
Please do not bring food in with you, but drinks are allowed if you are able to keep your mask on while drinking.
Our Highest Standards
We will be operating at 50% operations. This means that appointments are very limited!
For everyone's safety and peace of mind, we hold our team to the highest standards and take sanitation extremely serious. We will be fully sanitizing our stations between each service. We ask that you please be patient with our Chémel Team as we adjust to our new standards of operations.
The retail area is temporarily closed to the public. We will be happy to grab any items that you need.
Please call in advance to reserve your products and then pay for them over the phone.
Once you arrive, please call us and we will run your products out to you.
Please note: there may be an inventory challenge due to the shut downs world wide.
We will not be able to accept cash payments or for tips.
Only credit cards, debit or cash card will be accepted.
A $10.00 fee will be added to your service to cover our PPE equipment and Green Circle charge.
** Late appointments may be rescheduled and subject to full charge of services.
*** Temperatures over 99 degrees may be asked to reschedule appointment.
