You can rest assured we will not begin your service until we both feel confident in the services you will be receiving. Our team of Che’mel works together to ensure our guests are thrilled. We offer an extensive training program in our salon, and we also educate in some of the most prestigious facilities in the U.S. Because each of our stylists have specialties and varying levels of expertise, we are not afraid to ask another stylist to provide one or more of your services if we are not 100% confident that we will achieve your desired look. We know this makes us very different than any other salon, but it is part of our determination to make you happy. Also, we never want our guests to feel uncomfortable seeing a different stylist, in fact we encourage it. It’s all about you, your time, your choice and our commitment to respecting all of these.

Services: If you have any question, concerns or are unhappy with any service, please contact us within one week from your original service date. We are more than happy to touch it up for FREE or exchange your product. We want you to love everything about your experience at Che’mel and are here to serve you.
Products: If for any reason you are not fully in love with your products we recommend to you, we will be happy to exchange it within 30 days from purchase of your product.
